Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you join our early access list or contact us, we collect your email address and any message content you submit.
Hydration Profile and sample requests. When you build a Hydration Profile, we collect your answers (such as sport, age range, training demand, environment, sweat patterns, and preferences). When you request a sample, we also collect your name, email, shipping address, and your role (athlete, parent/guardian, or coach). If you complete a feedback form after testing, we collect your responses.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and pages visited. We may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site functionality and analytics.
How We Use Information
- To ship requested samples, send shipping updates, and send one follow-up feedback request.
- To improve Acuity and produce aggregated, de-identified hydration insights (never reports that identify you).
- To send you product updates, launch announcements, and early access offers related to Acuity.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and our email program (for example, hosting and email delivery providers), or when required by law.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message we send, or by contacting us at notify@acuitysport.com.

Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. For athletes under 18, a parent, guardian, or coach must provide the contact and shipping information for any sample request.
